The E9 38 m² Space Capsule is designed for projects requiring a larger interior while retaining the distinctive futuristic appearance of a capsule-style modular house. At 11.5 meters long, the unit provides approximately 38 m² of cabin area and is recommended for 2–4 occupants. Its approximate cabin weight is 10 tonnes, with a maximum connected electrical load of 10 kW.
The structural system is based on a 4 mm high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel frame, protected by aircraft-grade aluminum exterior cladding with a metallic fluorocarbon baked finish. Polyurethane insulation is integrated into the envelope for thermal and waterproof performance. Large 6 + 12A + 6 Low-E insulated tempered-glass panels, together with the tempered-glass panoramic balcony enclosure, give the E9 its wide, contemporary façade.
Internally, the E9 includes carbon-crystal ceiling panels, impact-resistant wall panels, SPC flooring, wardrobe and shoe cabinet, recessed lighting and perimeter ambient lighting. The complete bathroom package incorporates a shower, toilet, washbasin, countertop, vanity cabinet, mirror, anti-slip floor tiles and an integrated lighting, ventilation and heating unit.
The E9 is delivered with integrated electrical wiring, plumbing, key-card power control, water heater and 3 HP central air-conditioning system, as well as adjustable foundation supports and lifting and transport hardware. Customers can further customize the unit with underfloor heating, projector and screen, full balcony enclosure, kitchen package, bed and mattress, or intelligent voice control.
