Our custom precast concrete buildings are designed for customers who need a durable, permanent building solution with faster and more efficient on-site construction.
The main precast concrete wall panels are manufactured in our factory as an unfinished concrete shell and then transported to the project site. The panels are assembled using a mechanical dry connection system, including embedded steel connectors and bolted connections. This method reduces complicated wet construction work on site and helps shorten the installation period while lowering labor requirements.
Unlike traditional cast-in-place construction, most of the main concrete components are prepared in advance under factory-controlled conditions. After the components arrive on site, the main structure can be assembled quickly and then completed with insulation, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical systems, interior decoration and exterior finishes according to the project requirements.
Build From Your Drawing or Your Idea
Customization is one of the main advantages of our precast concrete building system.
If you already have a floor plan, architectural drawing or project design, simply send it to us. Our technical team can review the drawings and develop a suitable production and construction solution based on your requirements.
If you do not yet have a complete drawing, that is also fine. You can simply tell us your ideas, such as the required building size, number of floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, room layout, window and door positions, exterior style and intended use.
Based on this information, our design and engineering team can help develop the layout and convert your concept into a practical custom precast concrete house or building solution.
Whether you are planning a small residential house, villa, office, accommodation project or other permanent building, we can provide a flexible prefabricated concrete construction solution tailored to your design.
Send us your drawing, reference image or simply tell us your idea — we can help turn your concept into a real precast concrete building.
